Advisory Board News
JUNE 18TH, 2020
It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of our advisory board.
Neurodiversity Academy launched in the beginning of 2021 to help create neuroinclusive environments in education and workplaces, so that neurodistinct people can be themselves and thrive. By discovering and fostering people’s unique strengths, we can focus on creating meaningful career pathways, rather than just training for jobs.
To develop best practices for neuroinclusion, we actively involve the neurodistinct community to represent their needs and ideas. That's why we have carefully selected our advisory board members, who are real people, living and breathing neurodiversity every single day.
All our board members bring their own uniqueness to Neurodiversity Academy. The board includes versatile skills and a wealth of knowledge from areas including mental health, design, education, technology, recruitment and career development, inclusion, consulting, business and marketing.
In no particular order, I would like to congratulate and welcome each member to our advisory board. Today we are spotlighting three members:
Dr Lutza Ireland (Autistic/ADHD), psychologist and social designer
Samantha Nuttall (ADHD), career coach and inclusion consultant
Dr Siobhan Lamb (Neurodivergent), educational consultant
Each member has written a little something about themselves, the work they do and what they hope to achieve by being a member of the Neurodiversity Academy Advisory Board.

How I support Neurodiversity
I believe neurodivergent people should thrive in their careers because of their neurodivergence, not in spite of it. I empower individuals who are neurodivergent to design strengths-based careers they love. I support organisations to become more neuroinclusive and strive to create systemic change in the broader spheres of education and employment.
What aim to achieve as a Advisory Board Member
I am looking forward to supporting the Neurodiversity Academy in changing the landscape of skill building and career planning for all neurodivergent people.
